NOPE!
Went for physical and blood work. Didn't examine me or even come close. Didn't listen to lungs, heart, NOTHING!Office staff answers phone very rudely, and interacts with patients in office same way. Follow up on your own results.

My father has been seeing dr askar for many years. Recently, a few months ago, my father went in for back pain. Dr askar sent him for an X-ray. 2 months later, he informs my father he has 3 fractures in his spine. Why 2 months? X ray results are back with in a matter of days. Now. My father has a swollen spinal cord which could have been prevented had this dr taken time out of his day to check his pts charts. He and his staff are reckless. Do not visit this dr if you have serious needs to be addressed.

This is the worst office I have ever been to. I find myself disappointed every time I come in here. Always welcomed by the rude counter ladies who also answer phones just as foul. Not a single worker in this building shows compassion towards patients or their work. I will be changing my PCP immediately. My last appointment i sat inside of the room waiting 2 hours till a doctor came in to tell me they needed to clean the exam room, take note that I WAS THE FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY. They had clearly forgot about me in the room since they had tried to bring other patients in there not once but twice. When confronted why it was taking so long she blamed the computer as if the computer was why i sat there for two hours with no one commutating anything to me because i was forgotten about. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR.

Worthless crappy doctor. Met him 1x after waiting 3hrs in the lobby. Apparently this is one of those who books 3/4 people per time slot. Instantly ya know it's about production and profit! He basically over talks you in a cocky manner typical Arabic man...he tells me I don't need this I don't need that....which I have been getting treated for for years. Takes a phone call right while he is talking to me so rude! Sends me 3 refferals to get treated. What's the point of even seeing him? Waste of time. Gonna pick a new Doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Askar’s for years, and I must begin by saying that he is an excellent doctor. I switched physicians recently because patients would have to wait between two and three hours after their appointment times to be seen.

Dr Askar runs a great practice , communicates very well with his patients .My Dad was under the care of Dr Askar was recently discharged from the hospital. Have been to many doctors before. Never got such a great care. Seems like he got the best Physician Assistant in the hospital and the best Nurse practitioner in the office to help him! Thanks for the great care.! Very compassionate and takes time with the patients. Love his office too. Very well organized.. I recommend Dr Askar to anyone!

I am truly grateful to Dr Askar!! I was having headaches for ever. My previous doctor has been suggesting migraine pills and other pain killers when the CT came back normal. Dr Askar changed some of my heart pills and my headache is gone for ever!!!. I like his nurse Practitioner too. She is very detailed and approachable. I can tell for sure this is one of the best team. Office looks well organized.

Dr. Askar misdiagnosed my 87 year old mother. It's as simple as that. Rushing through and not following up on her information. His misdiagnoses was followed by prescribing 3 different scripts plus a medical machine that she didnt need. Lucky for us, his mistake wasnt life threatening (mainly because we caught it in time). But really, is there anything worse to say?! I will never be back and I urge anyone who's considering the good doctor to tread wisely.

I'll never recommend this doctor to anybody. Nobody likes to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours and then for another hour in the back. For him to come in for 5 minutes and not even listen to one thing you say!!!! They are rude, and there is no privacy!

2 hours in waiting room! 1 hour in exam room. Less than 10 minutes with the doctor. Prescription errors when sent to the pharmacy which take days to resolve. When calling for refill or to make an appointment, on hold for 15+ minutes. Refills takes weeks each time to get to the pharmacy (had to call everyday and didn't get my script til weeks later) Dr don't know way blood pressure is high? Had enough, going somewhere else. Stay away

My appointment was at 10:45 am. 7 other patients waiting in the waiting room had 10:45 am appts. I was seen briefly by a nurse taking my blood pressure then left alone. I waited over an hour in an examination room to see Dr. Askar. He NEVER came. I finally left at 12:45 without ever seeing the doctor. The staff is rude and non-communicative. Patients have other lives and responsibilities too and should be treated with dignity and respect. The experience was appalling. The office is chaotic.

Medical assistants have a tendency to make errors in medication when electronically transcribing medications, requiring days to weeks to resolve errors. Their transcriptions seems to always contradict what I have been told by the doctor.
