I had a very negative experience with Dr. Karth. While she was consistently on time, her bedside manner left a lot to be desired. She was often dismissive and judgmental, making me feel uncomfortable and even ashamed for asking questions about my care. Several times, she gave unsolicited opinions about my personal life that felt inappropriate and harsh.There were several appointments where she walked out of the room in the middle of my questions and did not return. Pregnancy requires compassionate and attentive care, and unfortunately, that was not my experience with Dr. Karth.

Worst experience ever
Dr. Karth is one of the rudest and most dismissive people I’ve ever met. I was heading for major surgery (because she told me my baby was in the wrong position too late- and I had to ask her to check…) and had questions about it and she left the room in the middle of questions after only 20 minutes and said she had 3 other patients to see… completely mismanaged schedule is not the patient’s fault, went to her office to address it and she shut the door in my face and told me to ask someone else my questions. Made me feel completely unsafe and uncared for. Would 0/10 recommend anyone entrust their healthcare with her. It could be detrimental and have grave consequences as it has with me.

She’s the best
Dr. Karth makes me feel very at ease and takes her time to address concerns. She doesn’t make you feel rushed or like a number. I wish I would have been seeing her as my Gyn. sooner. I really trust her care.

Dr. Karth is extremely attentive and professional while still being warm and friendly. She listens to my concerns and talks through treatment options with me. I have and will continue to recommend her to others.

Dr. Karth dismissed my concerns about birth control. In the past, I had severe mood changes with 3 different brands of BC pills. Dr. Karth assured me that these mood changes were all in my head and went ahead and gave me a new pill. I tried the new pill and my negative moods came back. Dr. Karth again said this was not due to the pill (even though once again, after I quit taking the pill, my mood improved). Does she not read research about the association between BC and negative moods? 0/10
