I can’t believe the horrible experience and IME
I didn’t want to believe that as horrible as my situation is and the profound impact and pain I experience on a daily basis. That someone that is supposed to be a professional and knowledgeable would give such an inaccurate report. I had read that this was how these places are against the injured now I know the truth!! Not personable, for somebody going through an already horrible ordeal one would think there would be a little bit more compassion.

I went with my husband to an appointment to see. Dr. Bell I work in the medicinal field so I always go with him. She was running over 30 mins behind which is no big deal as long as someone from the office let’s you know. She walked in the room with an attitude because he was sitting on the table instead of the chair, which looked to have a pee stain on it. Anyways he said I came from over 4 hours away for this app so could we get this going? She was beyond rude to him and was like “well then we will have to reschedule” he said no it’s ok I just want to get going. She said because of his “rude behavior” she would need a second person in the room. We went to switch rooms and my husband was like this is ridiculous. She then said you can leave we are done, and kicked us out. She was very unprofessional and very rude.

Yes an insurance company ringer, as stated in another review, and I have a very serious brain herniation from my cerebellum 6mm herniation. She said that I’m not injured. This felt like nothing more than legal abuse. This ORCP 44 court “requirement” needs to stop if Dr’s are paid to hurt and injured person further! Was told by and attorney these type of people are known as “Street Walkers in the Legal Community”

Dr. Bell is an insurance company shill. She is not an Independent Medical Examiner. She is an insurance company ringer. Zero care for the patient. Hostile bedside manner. Biased exam. An unhappy person who is only interested in pleasing her insurance company employers.

I was required by worker's comp to receive an IME from Dr Bell. I felt like I was on trial, having to defend my symptoms her. Not only was she snarky during the exam, but also in her report. She blamed everything on my depression (which is treated) and said I was ready to return to work. I am no where near being able to return to work. It is time to get a lawyer. Be very careful what you say to her!
