No communication
I’m not sure why this doctor obviously hated me, but wouldn’t call me back about a mole she removed. Come to find out I have stage 3 melanoma. I called her office at least 4 times and then thought I guess if it was bad, surely she’ll call me back. Not this doctor. Guess she’s too busy.

Awful doctor. Performed a biopsy on me, and never called me with the results and would never call me back. I finally had to call the lab. Just horrible treatment. She should be ashamed.

Terrible!! Does not care about her patients! She would not return calls. To this day I have no idea if I have cancer or not.

From the first contact with Linda, answering the phone and being so helpful when I arrived, to my appointment with Dr Vaughn, I have to give 5 stars based on Customer Service and having a dermatologist take time to EXPLAIN the types of skin issues. Granted, there is ALWAYS a wait, but I've waited for over an HOUR before, only to be out of the office in 5 mins with other doctors! Dr Vaughn has a soothing demeanor and was really informative.
