The words I heard the most describing Dr. Kowalski from each of my medically related friends and family was "She is the best". She lived up to and exceeded those words. She is professional, smart, direct and compassionate. No one could ask for any better treatment. She saves lives. Her staff was wonderful, as well. Very caring. So grateful I had "the best."

No thanks
She completely lacks any decent bedside manner or ounce of compassion. Office staff is unprofessional, disorganized and rude.

Seems adequate but
I can’t say much about her as she was barely in the room for 10 minutes; and most of that was doing a quick and rather abrupt Pap smear. She seemed rather dismissive about my concern; would rather discuss the “bigger” masses she had removed. This may not have been intentional but it did make me feel as if my concern wasn’t “big” enough for her to bother with a genuine conversation. In and out. The office is small, crowded and looks a bit seedy. The attitude of the staff seemed average if burnt out. Overall it seemed okay but I’m getting a second opinion.

Dr. Kowalski exuded confidence and knowlege about my procedure. Had quite a few women tell me " I was in good hands". Surgery went smoothly and down time minimal. Very straight forward and compassionate doctor.

Dr Kowalsky did a good job with surgery however, she is not compassionate and lacks bedside relations. After surgery, cancer was found and we decided to go to Stanford University for chemo treatment after a second opinion call. Dr Kowalsky discharged herself from being my doctor and refused to see me for post op checks. VERY unprofessional!!! Her office staff (Karla and Noah) has a terrible attitude, arguing on the phone, etc. Both Stanford doctors and I have communicated with Kowalsky, yet her discharge letter claim are unjustified. Surgery and cancer oncology are two different procedures. Furthermore, the oncology specialist at Stanford said Kowalsky’s chemotherapy prescription would have caused more harm than good. Glad we got a second opinion!

Practice insisted I give them my records prior to my visit. Then called to tell me they didn’t want to take my case - no explanation why. But cited that doctors have a right to choose their patients.

I had a complete hysterectomy & also ovaries & tubes out in January by Dr.Kowalski. She made it a very easy experience with no pain after at all. I went home the same day. I was able to drive and go out later that same week, she did the robotic method of surgery. I had been so nervous before the operation. I can’t praise Dr. K enough.

In a few words, Dr. Kowolski saved my life. I am a high-risk cardiac patient who was diagnosed with endometrial adenocarcinoma. A radical hysterectomy was my only solution. Dr K. worked with my Cardiolgist and made sure that all precautions were taken and that I was safe during the DaVinci procedure. I am 11 days post-op and and feel great and know that I am cancer-free. Her office staff is amazing, attentive and organized- exactly what you need when facing a cancer diagnosis. She's the best!

Dr Kowalski is one of the best in the Las Vegas Area. She is very professional, pays attention to detail, is up front with her diagnosis, and truly seems to care about her patients. She performed my surgery, took care of recommendation for my radiation, and took charge of my chemo. She stayed on top of my health, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable with this journey. Thank you DR K for all that you do for your patients.

To those who left 5 star ratings and rating their surgery painless I say bs. It has been 1 month and I am still in pain. Cannot sit or move bowels without pain during and after. No one from the doctor's office has ever called me to ask how I am doing if I need assistance getting around etc. If you gals who overrated this office weren't paid to do so then good for you. It has not been the case with me.

I feared the hysterectomy for uterine cancer more than the disease. Dr. Kowalski talked me through the procedure, addressing all my existing concerns. For me, the surgery was incredibly PAINLESS and I actually felt better afterward than I had for months. I was discharged the day after and a week later, I went to the 50th Anniversary Concert Tour of the Moody Blues. Dr. Kowalski is meticulous, precise and, to me, a surgical rock star. I trust her.

Dr. Kowalski was highly recommended to me for surgery and I am so happy she was. Her office staff and she took care of me with efficiency, compassion and care. I was kept well-informed and the follow-up appointments have been meaningful and overall great. It was evident to me from the very beginning that I was working with a doctor who is a leader in her field for very good reasons. My family and I are very grateful.

I had cervical cancer and had to have a hysterectomy (total) and also have my ovaries removed. Dr. Kowalski guided me through the cancer treatment with compassion and wisdom. The surgeries did treat the cancer but it left me not wanting to have sex. There was little feeling, no moisture and sex was painful. Dr. Kowalski suggested the FemiLift and boy did it work! My husband and I are back to where we were before the cancer. We don't need lube and the feeling and desire has returned.

I am re-evaluating to give Dr Kowalski and her staff the 5 stars they deserve. We had a bit of a communication glitch with a refund that was due to me. It was cleared within a fair time period and the staff, including Mark Rosales, was apologetic and efficient in clearing the problem. I appreciate their honesty and follow through in the end with handlimg that. As for Dr Kowalski, she is a bright and knowledgeable doctor who listens to her patients, and explains in detail her findings.

Dr, Kowalski was great. I had a complete hysterectomy Oct. 27, 2015. She did a robotic arthroscopic hysterectomy. 1 week after surgery I was feeling great. Very little discomfort. My biggest complaint was I was tired. My friends who had previously had hysterectomies could not believe that I was pain free and doing so well. Dr Kowalski not only is a terrific GYN Oncology surgeon but she is caring, compassionate and with a breadth of knowledge in her profession unequaled in this area.
