Dr. Lynn Colaiacovo, MD

Dr. Colaiacovo was very knowledgeable and thorough when I visited her to have a cyst removed from behind my ear. She took great care to make sure I was comfortable and followed up immediately to make sure things were going well after the procedure. She explained each step of the process and was extremely polite and passionate about her work. Highly recommend her.

Thorough examination. The doctor was in no hurry and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly Recommended.

I went to Dr Colaiacovo for a whole body skin evaluation- the exam took a whole 10 minutes!!I I asked my friends how long their evaluation took with other dermatologists for the same whole body skin assessment and all of them stated their exam was 30 minutes to 45 minutes-they also reviewed what areas were checked for any skin cancers and I was shocked. Dr Colaiacovo generally looked at my arms and legs and had me stand up and looked at my back and back of legs- that was it! My friends stated their Dr.'s looked between their toes, in their scalps and even between their buttocks- my friends stated they have waited for a year to get an appointment-I got an appointment quickly- What is most disturbing to me as a health care professional is that an inadequate exam can miss a skin cancer that can be life threatening and deadly. I would not recommend this doctor because of an inadequate exam I received and how quickly that inadequate exam took.

Dr. Colaiacovo is extremely knowledgeable & cares about her patients. I saw her for a mole removal, which she made Me feel completely at ease during the procedure. I was very pleased with the staff, friendliness, and cleanliness of the office. I will certainly be back to see Dr. Colaiacovo for any of my skin care needs.

Called the office for a checkup for a concerning facial mark. Got stiffed for a three month wait. Hope I don't have cancer. I am a regular patient but apparently not an important one.

Had appointment for full body cancer screen. She had me stand up looked me up and down said could not see any I suppose obvious cancer . Took maybe 2 minutes for whole screening. What a joke.

Can;t praise Dr. C. enough! She gave me a thorough mole examination and recognized a patch of skin on my chest as cancer. I was inserted into her schedule quickly for an in-office procedure and back with the same swiftness for a thorough follow-up. She listened to my concerns and shared hers freely with me. In the end, I was put at ease with her pleasing disposition and practical medical interpretation. The nursing and front office staff couldn't have been more professional and friendly!

I came in for an all over skin exam. She never checked my scalp , under my bra or panties. The only thing she looked at are the moles I pointed out. I will never go back or recommend her to anyone.

The doctor was in a big hurry. She spent less than five minutes per patient. I had several concerns, and had to keep stopping her from hurrying out of the room. Although several family members have presented with the same unsightly, itching, burning rash, she did not use a Wood's lamp or perform tests. She just kept saying, It's nothing pathological. I will cancel my kids' appointments, and find someone else.
