Took 92 year lady to get her ears cleaned and she had appointment at 3 when I got her there was told she didn't have appointment I seen paperwork with her name on it told lady there is her paperwork then was told she needed a referral was never told that and other patient was going to give up her appointment but dr didn't let her doctor and staff are incompetent rude and not friendly would never go there again

I called on the phone for a consultaion appointment. The receptionist refused to give me an appointment unless I paid first. I made an appointment for December, 2019. I called on June10,2019 to cancel it because I didn't need it. They refused to refund the $200. they charged on my charge card.

Dr. Stillwater is very thorough, always concerned about his patients well-being and prescribes the appropriate medications to help you feel your "best" again. My family and I have gone to him for many years and I highly recommend him.

Self supported, working elder woman, ins. co-pays $70./visit. Always compliant with treatments, office visits 2-3/wk X 1 month, + Rx's/CT scan, all out of pocket, drained bank/savings accts. I couldn't afford $140-210.00/wk any longer. Explained situation to Dr, 3x a month is all I can afford. He never offered solution. Instead I was sent a letter to seek a Dr elsewhere because I can't afford a visit 2-3X a week? Dr cares nothing of his patients well being. It's all about the almighty dollar

LOVE this Dr!!! I've had sinus issues, have not been able to breathe thru nose for 5 years. Dr Stillwater had me fixed in one visit with the positive effects felt within a week! After 5 years of suffering he had it all figured out in one visit. He is Awesome!! He has a very strict schedule he keeps to, and because of this he gets his patients in within 2 mins of the appt time. Definitely would recommend to all friends, Family, co-workers, neighbors, etc....

My main issue is with the office staff. When I went back for my 2nd appt, to have my blood work read (strep throat, like I told them when I made my 1st appt), he told me he'd like to see me again in 10 days. When I went to reception I told them that I did not have my calendar and could not make the appointment at that time. I was very clear on that issue. About a month later, I got a bill for a no show appointment fee. I called the office, they were very rude and the doctor refused to respond.

Excellent! He didn't waste my time. He seems stiff, but then I realized he was paying very close attention to what I was saying. No pat on the head "you'll be fine" attitude. A family doctor kept me going in circles for 3 months. Dr. Stillwater had me taken care of in 2 visits. He is not only knowledgeable, but friendly when you get to know him. Doctors need to be given a chance too. I'm glad I found him. My family will continue to see him until he retires. He's worth every cent.

office staff was not very professional. Talking about someones delinquent payment in front of me. Very fake and they were cussing as well. Wont go back and I cancelled my appointment. I waited in the office for an hour before I was seen. I was the only one there. Was not notified that I was an opportunity for other doctors to watch neither. Dr. Stillwater seemed very tired of doing what he does.
