Refund wanted
The office refused to take my insurance for orthotics. When I paid part of the fee and decided not to get the medical equipment, and not to pay anymore and get a refund, they refused a refund.

Inexperienced and Insensitive
Dr. Regis was unable to diagnose my foot problem. Her reaction to my symptom description was simply, “do you know what may have caused this?” Then she took it from what patients suspected might be the source of the problem and explained the issue, which appeared knowledgeable of her but ultimately misleading when it comes to what actually caused the problem. How could she make the conclusion so easily without diagnosing the problem herself as a podiatry specialist? She also ordered me an X ray and told me to come back in 2 weeks (are you kidding me?? 2 weeks of patient suffering with no treatment plan?!) am glad to notice those warning signs of an insensitive doctor and went to a different podiatrist who performed X ray and other tests on site and quickly pointed out the root causes. I was able to get treatment and made my problem go away shortly.
