evaluation for losing consiousness
I wanted to take the time out to do a survey. I was an employee of Monti for over 30 years, and patient care was extremely important to me. Everything I have came from God blessing me for caring for others. I received this love and caring from the moment I stepped through the door meeting the secretary Rebeka Alioska to the moment Dr. Rabinowich entered the room, she introduced herself. taking the time to make me feel comfortable. Through examine was done, She showed empathy while I explained the events leading up to my blackout, the lost of beloved uncle. Thank you for this opportunity to express how blessed I felt to be part of the Monti family

Dr Rabinowitz was God sent! I had been to 3 doctors. However on my first visit, without really doing any formal testing ie. MRI etc. She knew that based on my symptoms I had probably had a TIA (minorStroke) while waiting for a Doppler Corraded Artery test, she had prescribed, I had another TIA which sent me to the ER, where all the tests that I needed were done to corroborate what Dr. Rabinowitz had first suspected, not 1 but 2 TIA's . Thanks Dr. Rabinowitz you were the one that headed me in the right direction. I remember you asking me "So not one of the doctor's you saw before me suggested that you had a Stroke?" Which I had, and did twice. Dr Rabinowitz is kind and patient! She definitely asks and answers the right questions. My road to recovery is a great one. God's Blessings to you and your lovely staff.

Dr Rabinowich is attentive to detail, she really listens to you when you describe your symptoms, doesn't just "role play" the doctor in the room. She clearly understands her field very deeply because she was not willing to go along easily with a previous diagnosis, rather wanted to see the issue fresh from all angles. She is reachable any time with urgent questions, and she follows up, too, which is a rare thing these days!! Don't let the French accent throw you-- she is a deeply caring person who clearly got into medicine for the right reasons!

Dr. Rabinowich sent me for blood tests at Labcorp on Monday, August 7, 2017. I was told by Lamar Schecter, her PA on that day to call the following day August 8th for results. Labcorp is across the street from Dr.'s office. It is now August 15th--I have called 5 times and today I get a message from receptionist from dr's office telling me to call Labcorp and have them fax results. I call Labcorp and you never get a person. The recording states for results, the ordering physician must call.

Dr. Rabinowich is a warm and caring professional who knows her specialty very well. I have been her patient for several years, and have full confidence in her advice and treatment. The office staff is very friendly, despite the obvious pressure of very busy schedules. I highly recommend Dr. Rabinowich to anyone in need of a highly competent neurologist.

14 Days to receive a diagnostic report. This is unprofessional, office staff was not understanding. I called three times and I was told she will send it to my primary Docter via, fax or email. Never going back there again.
