The worst healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Alicea does not actually listen to anything you tell her. She merely nods her head while never looking at you. She did not submit my prescriptions which caused a huge head ache trying to get in touch with anyone from the office. Then when she does they are for incorrect medicines. Her office out sources all medical work and then you have to pay again when you return for your follow up appointment.
