Unprofessional
I am a 52 year-old woman going through menopause. I came in to get some help. First I like to say it was a 40 minute wait before he came into the room and when he did show up, there was no compassion no hello how are you? Very, very rude. I felt like I was rushed that my cares were unneeded and unwanted. This man does not belong in a OBGYN.

Dr. Hartman is absolutely wonderful! Took the time to explain everything prior to my surgery and took my concerns seriously! 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend Dr. Hartman to anyone!

Wow. Rude. No bedside manner.
My first and LAST visit with this doctor. He walked in the office without even a smile, gave no explanations for stuff he was doing, acted like I wasn’t a 8.5 months pregnant woman with questions. Left the room. Thought he was coming back because again no explanation from him so we just sat there until we eventually walked out not knowing what was going on. He’s terrible and made me a pregnant woman angry and in tears.

Terrible Experience
No compassion for the pain I am experiencing. He examined me and I've been in more pain than I was previously. I had to google the diagnosis he gave me as I was given very little information as to how or why this would happen to me. In looking at the symptoms listed on the Mayo Clinic website, I don't have. No suggestions for managing pain. It was an awful visit and a waste of my time and money.

Awful lack of empatgy
Got a phone appointment through Kaiser and he was awful. Very dismissive and didn’t even attempt to schedule labs telling him I’m in a lot of pain. Doctors like him should be caring for women. Apathetic and dismissive.

I visited Dr. Hartman recently and it was the most unpleasant visit ever. He was totally disconnected, didn't seem enthusiastic to see me and didn't share any general warm words of wisdom or show empathy while communicating (am in my last trimester). All he did was ask if I had any questions, and he would answer to those with brief short responses. I will be slow to judge, might have been a tough day for him (I do understand how tough it is sometimes for doctors), but I was totally disappointed.

I have received adequate services from Dr. Hartman in the past, but recently I went in for my scheduled appointment, and he had completely cancelled it. He never informed me of the change, and his receptionist offered no options. Very disappointing service.
