This is the greatest Doctor Essentia has.. I am 74 yrs old, so I have had a few Drs. This is one you should keep, he is the kind of Doctor that makes patients want to come back!! Amazing knowledge, kindness, compassion and listening skills!!Cant say enough about what a great person he is and it shows!!

Dr. Franco was new to us but we both (myself and my husband) appreciated how easy he made it to ask questions and how understandable his explanations were. We understood hypo- and hyper thyroid when we left! He himself, himself, pushed my wheelchair to the receptionist to schedule the next visit - he gave my husband a break. Small thing really but it felt attentive.

Dr Franco is an amazing and excellent doctor who listens and understands and respects and cares about me, and his patients. He took the time to talk to me and listen to me as I'm going through this tremendously difficult time with some other medical issues/conditions he sincerely cares about me and what is happening. He sat and talked with me I told him what was going on and Dr Franko made me feel so much better. Dr Franko sat with me giving me some great advice and easing my nerves and stress levels with all the questions I asked Dr Franko helped!! Dr Franko is simply an amazing man who has been Inspiration to me in many ways making me positive with hope!! Dr Franko is a true inspiration to Essential Healthcare and is an amazing asset.

Dr Franco is a fabulous Dr! I have multiple thyroid nodules and have had 2 biopsies. My last biopsy resulted in serious health complications due to the IR Dr hitting a nerve. Dr Franco was extremely understanding and a great listener as I told him everything that I have been through in the last year. He made me feel thoroughly heard unlike some of the Drs I saw earlier in the year that Implied that my issues were due to being overly sensitive. He came up with a custom plan for me on how to deal with any potential future biopsies.
