He refused to sign my mothers death certificate (signed eventually )which delayed her cremation.We had no choice to have her funeral in Cincinnati with no cremains.His reasoning was she wasn’t his patient after years of visits.thanks Dr. for the additional grief.I hope no one experiences this kind of disrespect in the future

Not long wait time to see doctor , they don't give you requisition for labs at time of visit but mail to you which i had to remind them after 1 week of visit the Dr is nice but he interrupts you with diagnosis that he assumes while you are trying to explain past health issues I have dealt with lots of dr well its not that he isn't good just frustrates me when i say asthma and he says bronchitis he is kind and seems to want to help
