Dr Perez is an excellent podiatrist. He takes the time to explain to me what is going on with my feet and answer all of my questions. You can FEEL that he really cares for his patients. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Staff was well organized and welcoming. Dr. Perez listened to me as I described my symptoms and he throughly explained the cause of my discomfort and course of treatment. Additionally, Dr. Perez’s assistant was extremely helpful.

I saw Dr. Perez for my foot pain and he was very caring and compassionate.

I met Dr. Perez twice. I explained to him I had seen 3 podiatrists before and had 2 surgeries and what I had been through regarding my issues and injury and I could not walk anymore. I am in a wheelchair and he did not seem to truly care about me and my health. On the second visit he acted like I was a new patient and like he had never met be before. We talked about my surgery and what he could for me and I tried to believe that he could be the surgeon to do it but he was not serious
