Excellent Wound Specialist Doctor
Dr. Navazo cared for my Mother who suffered from wounds she developed in a care home. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough, kind, gentle and most importantly he was successful in treating her severe wounds. I highly recommend him. He has excellent follow-up, explains everything thoroughly and our entire family holds him in high esteem. He is the best of the best!!!!!!

Sadly we do not have many doctors who speak Spanish and ended up with this office thinking that the language barriers were no longer a problem. Well we were very wrong. This office is absolutely horrible with communication in any language. I'm not sure why this doctor is still in practice. I am in agreement with the other review here and will say that he is condescending and arrogant. I will make sure that all insurances receive an official grievance and any other parties that I can possibly reach out to as well. I will not be surprised if there are many other complaints out there for this doctor and office. PLEASE DO NOT go here and DO NOT allow any of your loved ones to go here. Que verguenza.

My Dr. retired and I went to see this Dr. I almost didn't bc of the reviews on google. I have had my 1st appointment and was very happy with the service. He spent 20+ min w/ me talked extensively. Has his dog in the office. Loved that! He's a dog guy. Very satisfied as a 1st impression.

Dr. Navazo has been my doctor for 10 years. He also was my husband’s doctor until he died eight years ago. Dr. Navazo has been one of the best doctors we have ever used. He is at times very frank, by telling you what is going to happen down the road in your condition. And he’s been right. I wouldn’t want any other doctor then him. For a few years he was telling me that my husband and I both should consider a skilled nursing facility to live at because of our severe health conditions. I told dr. Navazo that I would not live in a nursing facility unless he gave me permission to come and go as I please. Being a wheelchair-bound person, I still wanted my freedom. He allows me to go about my business whenever I want to leave. I am happy living in the nursing home. I would highly recommend Dr. Navazo and his staff for your health needs.

I wish I could give zero stars on behalf of my father who has been a patient of Dr. Navazo. In person, Dr. Navazo listens patientlyl and compassionately and seemed to have appropriate solutions. BUT the office is disorganized and countless lack of follow-up & 50% failure to return calls. Also, a staff member reported an *incorrect* diagnosis that resulted in the patient being rejected from assisted living. Result: unnecessary physical pain, depression, frustration and many wasted hours.

Dr. Navazo is a very caring physician. My father has multiple health issues and sees various doctors, and I have never had a doctor act as concerned and interested in my fathers care as Dr. Navazo. He takes as much time as needed to talk and explain my fathers health situation to us, which is very comforting. Also, if you need an appointment for an urgent matter, the office is typically able to get you in with one of their physicians in 1-2 days. I would highly recommend this doctor.

This doctor was very arrogant, demeaning to his employees, and judgmental towards my care. I would not go to this highly unethical doctor, even if it was an emergency.

I deal with Dr. Navazo personally and whenever I have a question, I email the staff (they have new people so they respond faster now)& Dr. Navazo calls back to me personally. Each time I've met with him (my mom's mobile doc) he has been pleasant, thorough, accommodating. He never rushes through his exams with his patients; I watch him when he is meeting with them at my mom's assisted living house. He is kind and gentle esp as they are all seniors. He comes to the assisted living house for exams.

I have personally worked in healthcare for 24 yrs. I understand that this is "a teaching office", but whom ever is doing the teaching is doing a huge disservice to these students and the community they serve. This IS NOT the way an office should be ran. It usually takes a minimum of a week to hear back from them even if your matter is urgent.

I saw the nurse who made a lot of promises regarding taking over from my current primary care physician. However, the doctor did not consider my past medical history at all and refused to follow through on the nurses promises. this is not a practice that I would ever consider using again due to the unreliability and stress this has caused me. They also canceled on me twice for a home visit and I had to rearrange my schedule for the third visit when they were going to cancel again.
