Dr Navas treats his patients, not just their results. I have long covid and have had a difficult time finding a medical provider who actually listens to me. Dr Navas truly heard me on our first interaction. He has given me hope, where I had none for 3 years prior to the LC clinic at MCC. I realize that the novelty of my disabilities makes it very frustrating for providers; however, Dr Navas understands that it is significantly more frustrating for me and my family.
