The waiting time is ridiculous; 4 hours to see the doctor. The secretaries are unkind (have no respect).

The wait time is ridiculously long; about 2 or more hours on average. Even if there is an urgent matter, such as a child wheezing, the wait-time is still long unless you cause a scene. There is no option to make an appointment, only thru walk-in. When you finally do get to see a doctor, the attention feels very rushed. He and his staff in his office are skilled professionals but it gets lost in the confusion and chaos that goes on inside.
