Doctor Chantal Joseph, NP is very kind. She truly listens and cares about your concerns. Their expertise and compassionate approach make me feel I am in good hands. She called me promptly to talk about the test results.

I moved back to the area and was in need of a good doctor. Dr Gutierrez took time to go over all my test results from a prior Dr that I did not care for. He took time to reassure me of my concerns. I am so pleased with his office and staff as well.

Amazing service at this office, his Nurse Practitioner Chantel is also amazing. Very professional and thorough. The office staff is organized.

I came to see Dr Gutierrez about a struggle I have with weight loss, feeling tired and unhealthy all the time. He was very open and honest with me and gave me a lot of tips on how I can lose weight and also maintain it. He tells you like it is but he's also a good person and cares about you ! I also see him every year for my physical and i wont be going anywhere anytime soon :) Thank you dr!

Get an appointment with dr Gutierrez is impossible, I went with his nurse practitioner which I don’t mind at all. I did some exams and contact the specialist that I needed and I was in treatment, 3 months later the dr called me telling me my results went “perfect” so ??? Is the specialist right or the dr or who exactly?? And 3 months later !? Come on

If you have just a common cold or need to do a yearly and are okay with being seen by the NP then by all means go for it. I have been a patient here for over 5 years and I've seen Dr. G once. It is nearly impossible to book an appointment with him. My mother is also a patient here, she was diagnosed with gallstones and has been in extreme pain for over a month, but the NP didn't seem to care, and just gave her pain medications to hide the problem. Didn't even suggest anything for the actual problem. Maybe it would've been different if we could actually see the DR. Staff is rude and don't seem to care. As someone that works in the healthcare field I was extremely disappointed in their Quality of care. I cant speak badly of Dr. G because when I actually see him, he is great. But NP and staff are the worst, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

Dr Gutierrez is great, but his staff leaves A LOT to be desired. It's pointless to have a good doctor if you can never see him. If you're lucky enough to, there better not be anything his staff needs to do. They are rude and lazy. Whether it's a simple appointment or major surgery, be sure you know what their job is because they have no clue. They require constant patient guidance. If you have insurance that requires referrals, you definitely want a different office.

I've been going to Dr. Gutierrez for about 5 years now. He is a sweetheart who tells you how it is. He explains to you everything in detail. Dr. Gutierrez does not make you seem like just another patient, he cares and remembers little details. I would recommend Dr. Gutierrez to anyone and everyone.

I love Dr. G. I really do. I love his established Nurse Practioner. What I do not like: his Medical Assistants are not the nicest. Bad attitudes, arrogance and ignorant mindsets plague the MAs at the office. If you fail to follow their ideas of good health lifestyles, then you are a horrible patient (i.e. Keto is bad). Please research new lifestyle choices. Please read up on better ways to heal type 2 Diabetes. There is always another solution to issues.

Dr. Gutiérrez is kind and very knowledgeable. He's a good doctor. However, the people he's got running the office are the exception. I was called twice to pick up a referral and both times nobody knew what I was talking about. Both times they found it after the fact and called me to let me know it was available. Last time I believe them and went down there to pick it up. This is the second time my referral is nowhere to be found - I just received a phone call letting me know that they "found" it. I'm not coming back. I rather pay for another doctor to take a look at what's going on with my lungs than having to expose myself to a third trip and no referral. It's a shame office personnel care so little when Dr. Gutiérrez cares so much.

I have been a patient of Dr. F. Gutierrez since 2007 when he was in coconut creek. I have nothing really bad to say, he takes care of me to the best of his knowledge. Can he do better? Maybe so, cut back on new patients?, maybe so. You simply can'tcan't please everyone. i have no problems with his staff, no problem with appointments, follow ups, referrals and refills. At one point there was a phone issue when he moved to a bigger office, again, you can't please everyone, nor can i speak for them

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. He is ALWAYS booked and most his staff DOESNT CARE about making you a appointment or following up with you. I have been a patient with him for MANY YEARS and my family and I are finding a new doctor. He individually is a great doctor but it’s time for a change. I have called and called and called and nothing, no one calls me back.

I have always had a great experience with Doctor Gutierrez. He is straight & to the point. Sometimes there is a wait but never too bad.

I left this office after one visit because is very very very bad. Never answer the phone never referred scription they never call you for the result and when you call for appointment they put you on the hold for half hour and sometime behind up

I have been Dr. Gutierrez's patient for many years, but now I am leaving his office because to get an appointment with him is an impossible mission! He is always booked and his staff is not great, though he is very friendly, he does not have the time to follow up with his patients and the level of care has been deteriorating.

Friendly and as accommodating as possible. . A friendly staff that won’t coerce you just for your business. Very attentive and straightforward from the Doctor himself to his front desk.
