I've seen Dr. Anglo for follow up testing related to elevated PSA readings. He is straightforward, kind and compassionate. He devotes all the time needed to see a patient. I have full confidence in him and feel fortunate to be under his care.

Dr. Anglo performed a prostatectomy in 2020. I believe he rushed through the surgery, I never recovered any erectile function, and I am not fully continent. Lost a lot of blood due to internal bleeding was in hospital for 4 days. The pain lasted for months, I could not sit on a hard surface for 4 months. The last time he saw me was the morning after surgery. He turned me over to his PA (Kara) who needs some serious help with her bedside manner. Both Dr Anglo and Kara misrepresented odds of recovery. Specifically saying “If you don’t have any problems now you shouldn’t have any afterwards”. Well everything worked perfectly before surgery and now it doesn’t. They also misrepresented the level of effectiveness for treatment of these side effects. Specifically to the pain with injections Kara said “The pain is psychological”. That is total BS pain with trimix is well documented- pain is a sign of nerve damage. There is so much more I could write, but my advice is to go to anyone other than Dr Anglo and his PA Kara.

EXCELLENT DOCTOR
Referred to Dr. Anglo with elevated PSA readings. Thorough testing, diagnosis and a comprehensive treatment plan promptly ensued - Dr. Anglo keeping me in the loop at each step. Not my most pleasant experience but I'm glad that Dr. Anglo was in charge.

Dr. Anglo performed a radical prostatectomy on me in July of 2020. I would not recommend him as a surgeon. I do not have full bladder control and nothing helps with erectile function. I did not have any issues before surgery and was reassured I would recover after surgery. Look at all treatment options for prostate cancer before deciding on surgery. Don’t be sold a surgery solution.

I was referred to Dr. Anglo for surgery and I couldn’t be more pleased. He and his staff are very friendly and compassionate. It’s been 5 days since surgery and he personally called me with the pathology test results. I’m healing up nicely and am very thankful for the great care that he and his staff provide.

Dr. Anglo was recommended to me by my primary care physician when my PSA came back elevated. I called Dr. Anglo's office and was immediately impressed with his office staff during my initial phone call to his office for an appointment, and was able to get an appointment to see him fairly quickly. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the care and compassion we receive by Dr. Anglo. He calls me personally with my test results, which means a lot to me as a patient. Wonderful physician!

Dr. Anglo was very through in explains procedures. He gave me a variety of options which included a second opinion. His staff was especially accommodating. His PA, Kara, was terrific. The procedure went exactly as Dr. Anglo said that it would. His follow up included a personal call from him on Sunday morning.

Good doctor and surgeon. Follow up appointments in his office are quick - he is in and out of the exam room very quickly so if you have questions you should have them memorized and rehearsed to ask him while you have his few minutes of attention.
