Dr.Bess is Awesome! She saved my life.She has a lot of experience in an extreme situations and gives the best advice’s to her patients I recommend her highly

Dr. Bess is very knowledgeable and still looks after my wife and certain family members. However, her back office seems like its full of incompetent people. Ive asked 3 times and waiting over a week for them to send records to another physician. And now when call, they are either on the other lines and tell me to call back. And when I call again about 30min to hour later, in the middle of the afternoon, their office is closed and no way to leave a message. There phone services as a doctors office needs an extreme revamping as prompts don't lead to correct place and there is nowhere to leave a call back number or a message. This is beyond frustrating.
