Waited over an hour. Staff was rude. Doctor passed negative judgement and didn’t take the time to listen or care. Diagnosed me incorrect and made me upset. Not true patient care.

Always thorough and easy to talk to. Never rushed and spends time with you. Very knowledgeable.

She was kind and listened to my concerns. However, I waited almost an hour to be seen past my appointment time. I’ve never had to wait as long as I did for a doctor.

Dr. Stone has been my primary doctor for years. She is is thorough and professional. She really attends to details and takes health concerns seriously. I think she is a great doctor.

She was condescending and rude. She also asks unprofessional questions I honestly feel as if she's prejudice

She acts like she's concerned about the health issues but it felt dismissive and really do not listen to my mother's concern. Her staff/medical assistant is very rude and have attitude which is uncalled for.

She listens to your problem and explains diagnosis and treatment options. Dr Stone is very knowledgeable on current medical research and takes the time to answer all your questions. She speaks directly to you and not the computer. I have recommended Dr Stone to my family and friends and they all love her. She is always right on with her diagnosis and treatment. If she needs to refer you she also picks the top doctors in their fields. Doctors families also chose Dr Stone for their medical care.

Dr Stone was actually very sweet and nice. Was worried from these reviews but she was fine. Her staff however are very short and act like they’re irritated you even exist. The tone, the sighing, the hustling you out of places….I see why her head nurse is efficient but it was really just very rude.

I liked this doctor very much. Not my primary (unavailable but I like that doc as well), but she was able to see me right away following an injury I received on vacation. Found the problem and is treating now. I would suggest Dr Stone.

I'm trying to establish with a new provider due to a job/insurance change. I called to schedule an appointment and they gave me a late September appointment. Then not 5 minutes later they called back and said if I want a physical I need to reschedule for October. Well, either an appointment is open in September or it isn't. If that's how this doctor runs her office I don't care to patronize her anyway.

Dr. Stone is professional and caring. She was clear in addressing my concerns and in explaining what a d why I needed to do the things she recommended.

Dr.Stone DOES NOT care about your health concerns if you are not blatantly sick. I been experiencing new extreme symptoms and even had to go to the ER but all she kept telling is I need to lose weight and nothing is wrong with me as she rushes out the door. I even mentioned feeling a lump on my neck and she did not even look at it. If you are not a skinny Asian patient I don't think she really cares about you at all. Horrible Doctor. NEVER again.

Doctor Stone is a no nonsense doctor. Tells you the facts and suggests what you should do. Knowledgeable.

I waited for 1 hour and 25 minutes after my appointment time before I saw Dr Stone. She always seems to be running late.

Dr. Stone was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all questions. She was direct and straightforward, but also very warm and encouraging. An excellent experience.

After a poor experience a few weeks ago I have transferred to another doctor. Both Dr. Stone and her nurse left me waiting for nearly an hour with no apology. Their only excuse was that another patient needed more of the doctors time and if I wasn't happy then I should leave and reschedule the appointment (I was undressed and in a grown, and had been waiting 45 minutes by this point). When I asked how long it would be, the nurse raised her voice at me in front of other nurses and scolded me for asking. This is not the first time I have been talked to badly by this team - as if they were doing me a favor instead of being a patient needing healthcare support . It's also not the first time I have been kept waiting for more than 30 minutes. So I have finally decided to switch to someone else.

I had been to the ER over the weekend and was told to check in.with my primary care physivia, who is Dr Stone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stone for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with her.

Terrible- after waiting for the appointment and running out of medication, Dr Stone refused to provide needed medical care, left me sitting in office distraught with an acute issue, refused to refill my medication. I hope she never does this to another patient.
