Dr. Lucinda Bateman, MD

Dr. Bateman is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctors I have ever been treated by. She is so dedicated and committed to her field, and has always offered wonderful guidance and follow-up in the thirteen years I have been going to her. Her staff is very helpful, friendly, and efficient. There is never a wait time, and they are very respectful of all their patients.

Was very unimpressed and shocked after making a call to them about a bill on an appointment I had not made. I had called to resolve a misunderstanding on a appointment that was made without my consent or knowledge. They then tried to bill me, after letting them know what had happened they told me I was wrong, that I had lied about not making an appointment. They were rude and made false accusations about me and what had happened. I will not be going back due to the disrespectful staff.

Dr. Bateman is extremely knowledgeable about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFIDS/SEID). She is also very kind. She is acutely aware of any advances in treatment and studies going on with the disease. Sometimes, even when there is no real change to be made to therapy, one feels much better after just having had an appointment. Dr. Bateman addresses all aspects of the patient (physical/emotional/mental/social). She is the very best physician I have ever known ~ and I am a Registered Nurse.
