Honest, Straightforward, Compassionate
You would never guess that a simple fall down two stairs could change your life so desperately. After almost 4 years of being bounced from one doctor to another, I finally found Dr Andersen. By that time… I had seen eight orthopedic surgeons, had 10 x-rays, six MRIs and an EMG (which was probably the most brutal procedure I have had thus far in my life… And I had an 11 pound baby). My ankle was very damaged, nothing was broken, but everything was torn. Due to that, all other physicians basically told me they didn’t want to do surgery because of the nerve damage that had been done and the nerve pain that I was having. I feel blessed that I finally got to a doctor, who acknowledged that I was likely to have nerve pain for the rest of my life but also that putting my ankle back together should be a huge priority! Dr. Andersen explained EVERYTHING! We are 7 months passed the surgery date, and there have been snags… but she has been positive and has explained each step. Amazing Doctor

Not a professional doctor
She is not a trustworthy physician. She will retaliate based off of her personal problems. Lacks professionalism. Barely spends any time with patients. She is only interested in money.

I found Dr. Andersen helpful but very hard to reach. Her staff gets back to you days later and is pretty uncaring about your foot pain. If you ask to be on a cancellation list, they never get back to you with any alternatives. My feeling is that if you have pain, you should bend over backwards (excuse the pun) to get that person in to see the doctor as quickly as possible. Her staff is not empathetic, and I am unsure whether Dr. Andersen is even aware of this. Sorry to see you go, Dr. Andersen, but I have found a very efficient and caring doctor elsewhere who is very interested in my healing and schedules me for same week appointments whenever I need them. Be well.

I honestly think she Is a good doctor who explains everything. However, I did leave for other reasons and the thought of the Graston Technique after surgery scared the heck out of me! I am a chronic pain patient so do you think I will be willing to do the Graston after the painful surgery??? UM, NO! Yes, Yes, it works but you could hear my screams and the screams of others while outside!
