Dr. Lucia Cagnes, MD

Her staff is the worst! The most unresponsive office - EVER! She is great - her staff is just horrible!

I have been a patient of Dr.Cagnes for approximately 1-1/2 years. Every appointment I waited at the least 40-80 minutes. There is a huge staff turnover. I had a routine pap done in June and then another one in July because the Dr. saw something abnormal. I had to call her office three times to get the results of the second pap. They DONT call back! When her office billed my insurance they called the second pap “routine”. Come to find out that because they billed it as routine, which it was NOT, my insurance didn’t cover it. I spoke to Lab Corp., my insurance and I called her office on five separate occasions! Blue cross said if they change the coding it would be all set. Well, they never did that even after they told me 4 times that they did. I finally decided to leave this practice due to the long waits and sheer incompetence. Then they told me they were going to charge me for my records! That was the icing on the cake. I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone!

Have been a patient 12 years. In the past year no one answers the phones, there is no medical answering service, and no doctor on call. Customer service, communications and access have been horrible. The staff is dismissive and unattentive. They really don't care anymore. This is not the way to run a medical practice. Decided to go elsewhere. This doctor clearly is focussing on her Medical Spa and not on her patients with true medical needs.

Dr. Cagnes of all cape gynecology is hands down the best gyno I have ever been to in my life. She is extremely kind, a wonderful listener, and an expert in her field. After a nightmarish 6 month ordeal trying to get the Paraguard IUD in FL, in just 10 days this practice and doctor scheduled the consultation, preliminary exam, and the insertion around my full time work schedule and out of state residency. I will never go anywhere else and will never recommend another GYN other than Dr. Cagnes.

Dr. Cagnes is knowledgeable, professional, and has expertise in the latest treatments. She is very approachable and kind -- I feel very comfortable discussing my concerns with Dr. Cagnes. She will work with you to meet your goals and desires. I am a very happy, satisfied client -- if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend Dr. Cagnes!!

Dr. Cagnes is a breath of fresh air. Intelligent, trained/qualified in both family medicine and GYN. Focus is on GYN but treats the whole woman. Listens with great patience then formulates, explains in detail, the treatment plan. Practice also includes acupuncture, skin care/feminine products and cosmetic treatments. I became a patient when my GYN was reluctant to treat an issue cuz I have an autoimmune disease. Dr. C understood/maintained level of disease and successfully treated me. Exclnt!

Never calls back when I have a medical emergency
