I am blessed that Dr. lucia blanchard is my cardiologist. She has been my doctor since my first stroke. She took excellent care of me from day one and she continues caring for me, guiding me, taking interest in my total healthcare. I trust her completely and I thank her for her guidance and for her expertise. Dr. blanchard is an excellent cardiologist and I recommend her highly.

I had an amazing experience today!! From the front office staff greeting me fabulously to the great nurse, to the fantastic Dr. Blanchard and the wonderful lady that did my echo!! I was welcomed, heard and acknowledged as a person and a patient. I had such an amazing experience!! They made a wonderful impact on my visit! I am truly grateful for their services!!

Dr. Blanchard is very caring and great at explaining treatment options and spends needed time to answer questions and concerns, by far an excellent Dr. which I would highly recommend and trust. Thank you Dr. Blanchard.

I have now seen to Dr. Blanchard several times. I find her to be straight and to the point. I really like her direct approach. She comes across as being very knowledgeable, competent and confident. I've also found her to be very supportive and calming. If I were to give any critique, it would be that I've had to wait a bit too long but that is only because she's usually doing rounds at the hospital. The entire office staff is super friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help set up tests and appointments that the doctor had ordered.

Dr Blanchard knows her craft, is friendly, professional and makes you feel that she cares about your overall wellbeing.

This doctor is the worst, most non-caring doctor I have ever met. My primary scheduled an entire treatment regime with her. Her attitude towards a patient is terrible. I cancelled her and went elsewhere. She is very infuriating!!!

Makes you wait with no apologies. Ran one test and said don't know what to do for you. Literally rushed me out after waiting a hour and went so fast she was at checkout while I was still in the room. The bad reviews are true, find someone else. Very dismissive and doesn't listen to your concerns.

what a rude condescending attitude!! makes you feel like you are imposing on her time. the staff are great, BUT SHE NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!!

Doctor was very rude on my first visit but I let it pass. The staff is unwelcoming and the atmosphere is very unpleasant. I went to my follow up visit and the receptionist told me that they never received the referral from my primary but didn’t let me know until the day of my appointment and I had to go home without seeing the doctor. I finally had my primary doctor to email them and myself the referral and had my appointment. During the appointment I told the doctor that I was going to an endoscopy and colonoscopy and asked if I needed clearance and she said “yes” and requested the nurse to do an EKG and sent me for blood work. I had my blood work at Quest and the results were sent to them. I called Dr Blanchard’s office and spoke with Melissa to pick up the clearance and she said she needed to talk to the doctor and that will call me when it was ready. Never called me back. I’m done with this unprofessional office.

I was recommended to Dr. Blanchard after a previous cardiologist failed to test me for the right issue. While I didn't find her particularly warm, she was very thorough in explaining her opinion of my presented symptoms and prescribing the testing I needed to confirm a diagnosis. When those tests ultimately ruled out the going hypothesis, I felt dismissed. It was very much a 'there's clear signs of some sort of dysautonomia, but it's not this, so just drink more water'. Yes, being hydrated helps with the symptoms I have, but I still have no real answers and there was no care plan put into place to further investigate. She wanted me to schedule another appointment in 6 months, but again, with no further testing ordered or any kind of treatment plan beside staying hydrated recommended, I didn't bother. Also, as it turns out, my dysautonomia was an affect of mold toxicity and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome.

Dr Blanchard rushes and is very inconsiderate. I listened in the next room while she read off my results to another patient. The patient had to advise her she didn't have any of those tests performed. Dr Blanchard basically blamed her mishap on the patient- stating the patient should've stopped her earlier from reading. No Dr Blanchard- What you should've done is verified that patients name and date of birth- that is standard procedure. The nurse also expressed Dr Blanchard is difficult to work with. I will not be returning, as I have found a new cardiologist.

I do not have the way to say thanks a lot Dr Blanchard, you are so compassionate, so smart, I will recommend you to all my friends, I went to 3 cardiologist and finally l got this beautiful cardiologist, Dr Blanchard is the best …….. always smiling and helping every single patient

I have been seen Dr Blanchard for 2 years and I recommend her for anybody that is looking a compasionated and intelligent Dr, she always is happy and very helpful, she save my life and she still taking care of me and my family, thanks so much for everything you do !!!!!
