Clinical notes were not what I stated
Couldn't see the doc I had originally been scheduled to see for an ruptured achilles because of scheduling issues and life after being seen in ER. Made an appointment to be seen at Canton and Plattsburgh, who sent me to Burlington. Unfortunately I got in to be seen by this guy first in Canton. Told me good things. Told him I wanted to go to my other appointment in Burlington, as he put a cast on it. I was scheduled for an MRI in Burlington but this guy said I didn't need it. Made me uncomfortable so I called and they said they probably couldn't do the MRI with a cast on it. 2 months later I have issues with insurance (they weren't billing the right insurance and I got hung up on when I tried to explain, a rep from insurance had to call) and he wasn't giving me adequate care. Saw a new doc, he says I'm definitely behind but I can catch up with PT (this guy repeatedly told me I didn't need PT). Also small chance that the tendon healed long which would need surgery to correct.

I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
Went for pain in my leg and hip. He was obnoxious and arrogant. He treated the staff miserably. He gave me an injection in my hip which didn’t help. I am an RN and would never treat my patients or colleagues with the disrespect he did. I would give a zero star rating if possible.

Dr. Perrier
Dr. Perrier is one of the best physicians that I have ever seen. Recently, I fractured both my ankle and my pelvis in a fall shoveling snow. I have seen him three times and he answered all my questions and explained everything to me with his drawings and 3-D models of skeletal anatomy. Plus he’s a very personable and engaging person. Best doctor ever.

Dr Perrier has always been very professional but also made you feel relaxed and not scared to have any procedure. He did total knee replacements on both of my knees and I have had very good results with both. I would go back if I ever needed to and would recommend him.

Horrible. Botched surgery, followed by infection, and no follow up, he no longer practices in Canton, haven't seen him since the surgery, now seeing four other specialists to clean up his mess.

This is about the bill for one visit Feb.21, 2019. Itemized in 3 parts. $27 clinic, $547 treatment room, $1,113 PRO fee. How could an Amish person afford to break an arm?

Make sure you have a half a day for a single office appointment. A couple of years ago I broke my hand. I saw Dr. Perrier to address the broken bone. I was his first morning appointment and he was over 35 mins. late to meeting with me. I could see him in his office across the hall the entire time, on his cell phone, sipping coffee with his feet up on the desk. I had to leave the examine room and ask one of the nurses if I was going to be seen today or not. I could continue.

Very unhappy with this place and my experience was just really poor. The staff was unfriendly the Doctor didn’t even explain what my diagnosis was, I had to go home and look up what it meant even though I got an injection in my joint and couldn’t walk for 2 days I had no idea what my condition was or why I was experiencing the symptoms for 2 years prior. Horrible experience and I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Went to him after fall. MRI done and said small tear that would heal itself. After another serious fall went back complaining of severe pain and difficulty moving it. Said it was frozen and gave a shot in the shoulder. Another visit and he said continue pt, it would get better. Another time finally MRI and found total tear of rotator cuff. Said he couldn't do surgery. Referred to another dr which took almost a month due to backlog. Found another dr who said too bad tear. Needed replacement.

Dr. Perrier walked in when I was in the middle of changing into the robe that was provided without knocking, did not introduce himself, turned around and stood in the doorway with the door open as I stood there with my pants down. While I was waiting in my exam room, I overheard him speaking very rudely to an elderly gentleman. I have never experienced such an unprofessional doctor. No wonder I was able to get a next day appointment.

I had a really poor experience with Dr. Perrier and will not go back. He started off by opening the door, walking in, and not introducing himself. It took me a moment to realize that he was, in fact, the doctor I was scheduled to see. He left the door open during our entire visit. He spoke down to me throughout the visit and was very disrespectful. I'll be seeing a different doctor for follow up.
