Dr. Lubna Siddiki, MD

Had a good experience with Dr. Lubna Siddiki, she is compassionate and gave me ample time. I am feeling much better.

I felt very comfortable with the every one from staff to the doctor!

Dr. Siddiki is a great doctor. Fixed my depression with proper medication adjustment.

I had a very good visit with this doctor. She prescribed medicines which have greatly benefitted me and improved outlook of my mental health.

I would recommend Dr. Siddiki to my family and friends. She is an amazing psychiatrist as she truly cares for her patients. She curates her treatment plans that are unique to your needs and are actually effective. If you struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD or ADHD and live in the DFW area, Dr. Siddiki is the doctor to call! Thank you Dr. Siddiki :)

Overall disappointment, the office staff was extremely difficult to deal with and overcharge at point of care (then try to “refund” you with credit for future sessions). Wait times are consistently long, so the Dr. must be double booked, billing practices are also a bit shady.

Had to give one star or couldn’t post a review. Save yourself or a loved one and don’t take them to her!! Gave meds that made her condition worse. Refused to give a refill on meds before going into residential treatment and stated the Dr there would get them. Anyone who has been to residential treatment knows they tell you to bring a week of meds b/c they will order but takes time to come in. Well, 6 days into treatment my daughter ran out and they had to take her to the ER!! She has been in treatment 3 times now and she never called to check on her and wouldn’t call me back. Her office staff answers the phone “Hello” …when they do answer… Rushes through appt and is very condescending when you question her about meds, even after prescribing one that made her condition worse!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She initially acted caring, but as of second visit when I rejected her treatment suggestion (as the medicines she suggested had already been tried at max dosages and for sufficient time periods) she became indignant, and condescending. I was taken aback by her attitude as I thought mental health "doctors" were there to try to help people with mental illness and depression. Not her - she does not care and will not help if you are treatment resistant or have previously tried a medication she suggests. Wasted time and money - more depressed after seeing her.

Will keep you waiting well past your appointment time with no apologies or providing updates how long you will be kept waiting. My first appointment was over 30 mins late and second appointment was over 40 minutes late. I left. I was also double charged at my first appointment for my copay and told they would use it towards a credit at my next appointment. Poor customer service.

Would not recommend this person if my life depended on it - At best she is all trial and error. Messed up my kidneys and treated me for something I did not have. I now have renal disease.

Absolutely horrible experience with this doctor. First, I had to always wait an hour from the scheduled time to see her. Second, she barely took time to understand my situation and assess what medication I should take to treat my mild depression that I had at the time. She didn't even give me options to consider in terms of medication and just pushed samples of Pristiq on me. Dr. Siddiki is an amazing doctor. I’ve been a patient of hers for over two years and I completely trust her professional opinion. There have been a couple of hiccups with her office personnel, but that’s to be expected from time to time when you’re with the same doctor for a long period.

If you need an oxygen tank, bring 3-4 because the wait time is here is unreliable. Brought two tanks and almost ran out.. The staff is rude and I hope I never have to come here again.

Terrible office staff. Poor time management skills. I needed a prescription filled again, I have to pick up my prescription every 30 days at the doctors office. The last two months it has taken my over a week of unanswered voicemails (since they rarely pick up the phone) to get a prescription written. It's poor time management. It shows a complete disrespect to the patients medical needs and their mental health. I would not recommend due to this repeat issue, which shows patients aren't priority

She is very straightforward and open about where she thinks we should take my treatment. Everything is explained thoroughly and she makes sure I am on board with any new medications. I already had a diagnosis of bipolar disorder, but she is doing a great job of helping me keep it managed! I trust her and would recommend her to a friend.
