Regarding Lowell F. Clark, M.D., and Maria Rophelia Paras, A.P.R.N., at Clark Clinic's Oxford location: This clinic told me it accepted my insurance but assigned me to Paras, who was not in my network, and I wound up having to pay more for visits. The Oxford clinic is frequently closed and unreachable on the phone. In December 2023, I had a question about a prescription and called the Oxford clinic for two days. I never got an answer, and no one responded to my message. I was left to decide on my own about taking the prescription. Then Paras was a no-show for an appointment. I was told she would call in for a telemedicine visit. She didn’t. This place is an absolute disgrace with a lack of professionalism and a lack of responsibility. Clark Clinic endangers patients’ health.

Do yourself a favor stay away from this place. Horrible service

This practice is a hot mess. My wife and I were new patients and had labs done. My wife could not get a prescription sent in without numerous phone calls and messages. I had to email them from their patient access to get information to them. I am trying to confirm a suspected type 2 diabetes diagnosis and NEVER got a phone call once labs were done. The whole place seems to be a disaster even the waiting room smells like there is a smoker that constantly is smoking.

Loved the office! I also appreciate that they can do a lot of testings in house! Its like one stop shopping.

I am very satisfied and pleased with The Clark Clinic. The front desk and nursing staff treated me with kindness and respect. Dr Clark and the other physicians in the office are very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns. They talk to you so you understand your plan of care. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing Healthcare. I had to wait for a bit in the waiting room, but it was worth it.

Dr Clark is an excellent physician that truly cares about his patients. He listens and takes his time with each patient, making sure they get the care they deserve. Dr Clark cares about his community and the people in it and strives to be the best physician.

Dr Clark is a very experienced knowledgeable dr. You can give him just a couple of your symptoms and he’ll off the top what you have.
