Lack of knowledge to know how to decide.
From my experience as a patient, I see that this doctor does not make a good, reasonable assessment of what is explained to her. She only looks at the computer and does not look at the patient when she is talking. It seems like everything she talks about is associated with depression. It just wants to fill the person with medicines and does not seek to have the knowledge so that the person who is a patient can really be helped.
