Dr. Vo took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely receptive.

Dr. Vo saw me The same day I made an appointment when my regular doctor wasn’t available. She was very friendly, and helped resolve a pain issue that I had been having with my knee for over a week. If I didn’t like my own doctor so much, I would switch to Dr. Vo.!

Dr Vo is simply wonderful. She is very caring and compassionate, listens to you intently and gives pertinent feedback. She never seems rushed, gives you all the time you need to cover all your concerns. Dr Vo is definitely 5 star.

Dr. Vo and her staff are always courteous, respectful of my time and knowledgeable. My small issue was a concern because of the potential what-ifs, and I left the appointment with a sense of comfort. I never feel rushed when visiting with Dr. Vo and the visits are always thorough and efficiently handled. The minutiae she seems to take into account about me personally allows her to give me the best medical care.

She never rush suggested what best medicine for our condition.

I've been to Dr. Vo three times. The first two times were okay. She was very friendly the first time and made a good impression. The second time was unremarkable but not bad. The third time, however, she was very rushed and completely unhelpful. I get that healthcare professionals can often run behind but you don't punish your patients for that. She came into the room 20 minutes after my appointment time, spent maybe ten minutes with me, told me she had never gotten insurance to approve the medication I requested and barely discussed the other issue I brought up. When I asked if I could ask a final question, she literally said, "I don't know, I don't have much more time (for you)." I can't remember if she said for me specifically but it was implied. I've never been told a doctor doesn't have time for me when I had an appointment. She did answer the question but the fact remains she was rushing me and might not have "had time" to answer my question. So now I'll be billed for nothing.
