During our office visit, he said he would prescribe a course of antibiotics. Well and good--except the meds never came to my pharmacy. I called to ask about the missing Rx; left a message. He returned my call less than 2 minutes later, and told me the phone call would be billed as a telemedicine office visit! And today I received a BALANCE BILL for the portion of the phone call that my insurance didn't cover! (This is also contrary to the terms of my coverage.) So: Tell the patient you're going to prescribe a med; fail to prescribe it; wait for the patient to call; CHARGE THEM for a second office visit because they called; BALANCE BILL them for the call. If you want to be treated this way by your PCP, welcome to Dr. Morledge's office!

My husband and I have each been patients of Dr Morledge for about 20years. He is a wonderful doctor and the staff is as well. Very efficient, caring, reasonable wait time. Doctor is very responsive. Ashley is young but wow, she is super bright and goes over everything very clearly and answers all questions. Love this practice.

now here is a team that is beyond caring for their patients and in a matter of minutes I get responses from them. Dr. M is a no-nonsense doctor and I like his calm mannerism as I'm not a calm person so he puts me at east; I also like that he doesn't over prescribe meds; great follow up too.

Have been with Dr Morledge for many years. Always professional and compassionate. Whatever my ailment, Dr Morledge takes the time to listen and thoroughly explains his findings. I would most certainly, highly recommend him. The entire interaction from making the appointment to the diagnosis is calming and efficient. Dr Morledge is one of the best!
