Follow up for lung cancer surgery ten years ago. Feeling so blessed Dr. Jacques kept his eye on a nodule. Once it changed, turn black, he removed the lower right lobe. I’ve been cancer free. It’s very humbling to know the critical aspect of his work, the realities the staff sees in patients, and to know my nodule was caught early. I am so grateful they took me seriously and kept track of me in good processes. I wish others the same great care and help I received.

One surgeon told me, 'If it was my father or brother in your situation, there is no other surgeon I would choose for my family.' Now I know why. Dr Jacques has deep experience and skill. He is easy to visit with and garner information. His follow up in an 8 day recovery period (esophageal cancer) was daily along with his physician assistants. Most notable: All the hospital care staff had true admiration for his work, something that was unsolicited and genuine. He is my new family hero, and I am thankful for the gifts he shared with me for a multifaceted surgical procedure.

Dr Jacques has an excellent reputation as an experienced specialty surgeon. He takes the time to talk and actually listen to his patients. He is known for educating on all aspects of the disease you have and explains the process and care you should expect pre, intra-op, and post op care. I also work in the medical field and could choose any surgeon, I wanted the best so I chose Dr Jacques. Very happy I did. He is thorough ,precise, knowledgeable and very kind. HE is the doctor I chose!

Doctor explained my situation and the procedure that he would be performing. He has a wonderful bedside manner and gave me great confidence in his ability to care for me. All of my questions were answered with patience and in plain English. I would definitely recommend Dr Jacques to anyone who might need his services.
