Very good! I felt comfortable and confident in my visit with Dr. Haenel. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of Dr.

I gotta say, the treatment that I've had from this office and Dr. Haenel is abysmal. Being made to feel stupid for wanting answers seems to be the theme of the office. I have been more than patient waiting MONTHS on some sort of acknowledgement of abnormal labs and answers to questions that never come. I have to ask numerous times, every time I message for a response for anything only to be pawned off on a very irritated PA that constantly interrupts and is completely disrespectful and uninterested in what I have to say and spends less than a minute speaking to me like i'm an idiot before rushing me off of the phone without so much as an apology for being completely ignored for two months. I will make sure everyone I know steers clear of this office. They don't care about the well being of their patients at all.

Condescending, arrogant, did not listen to concerns. Only concerned with basic numbers, not willing to look deeper or investigate complexities. Does not see clients as individuals. Scoffed when I asked questions -- will not return.

Absolutely stunning physician. Extraordinarily thorough and explained things in terms I could understand.. Excellent bedside manner. Very .generous with his valuable time. Could not ask for more..

Was referred to this group quite a few years ago with possible thyroid issue. How lucky was old me that I was scheduled with Dr. H. He is personable.. obviously skilled .. and one of the best traits in my book.. he is conservative in treatment options. I was told several years before that, by my gyn , that I needed a surgeon... a thyroidectomy! Knowing that is nothing to be taken lightly... I asked our internist.. another Superman in our book. Biopsies for several years and regular blood levels did not show any need for drastic measures. When blood levels did spike.. I was told to see Dr. H. I definitely appreciate his concern, his wonderful "bedside" manner, intellect. and that he is younger than I am.. so he will be around until I am pushing up daisies!

Dr. Haenel is awesome. He takes time out of his busy schedule to answer any questions or concerns you might have. He truly cares about his patients and takes a personal interest in each person. Top shelf care.

Dr. Haenel is an amazing physician. He is highly committed to his patients’ care. I have been a diabetic for 35 years, and Dr. Haenel is the best endocrinologist I have ever been to. He is highly intelligent, professional, and caring.
