Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

I am thoroughly ashamed that our current healthcare system has allowed this man to operate and survive as a working doctor. He only cares about getting payment for his subpar (after reading many reviews) work. BEWARE of this doctor. He physically pushed me out of his office door and refused patient care. I am reporting him to the State of New York medicine board as we speak. I would not wish interaction with this subhuman man on my worst enemy.

These other reviewers are way off the mark. Louis was fantastic - precise, empathetic, and thorough. He's an old school ophthalmologist in a lens crafters world, and it's refreshing to visit him each and every time. He also went to John's Hopkins, so that should put his qualifications in context.

I would not recommend him to anyone. I had the WORST experience I have ever had. I am in the optometry field myself and he undermined it. He did not clean the slit-lamp before asking me to lean forward. I was sitting in the most awkward position and he didnt make it comfortable for me. Before he saw me, he insisted my insurance requires a referral when it didn't. He then dilated me when I told him i was already 3 times the week before. He also made me throw my contacts out and I went home blind.

Doctor never showed up to my appointment. Waited for him to return from lunch over 20 min and left. Never go there. Absolutely unprofessional
