Not everybody is a 5 star
Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary. Yes this is very true but when a doctor is kind and courteous and then your review is not up to his standards, And you don't even have the common courtesy to call the patient back, instead you get an email, well that is not very professional.

Was left with excess skin. Stomach juggles & spills over when I walk, and I have a full spare tire when I sit. I’m 5’2, 140 for reference. Had another professional say it appears I had pannilectomy instead of a TT. Cutolo would not offer revision so I must pay again with another surgeon. Would not recommend at all.

Awful!!!! Go to a surgeon who genuinely cares if you are happy with the work they provide this Dr can care less one he has your money!!! Terrible and terrible work!

I looked around to check out other doctors on Staten Island for my breast augmentation but when I found Dr Cutolo and his staff I knew I was in the right place. He explained everything to me and everything about the experience was accurate. During the initial consultation he discussed all of the issues about breast implants. He even did 3 D imaging that showed me how I would look and it was incredible! He discussed the recovery and everything he said came true. The office staff was amazing.

Hands down Dr. Cutolo is the best plastic surgeon. Patient centered focus , unsurpassed surgical skills, vest clinical experience and elegant artistry is the best way to describe the amazing experience I always have with Dr. Cutolo. I travel from Manhattan to Staten Island to see him. Dr. Cutolo and his staff get 10 stars always.

No words can describe how truly amazing Dr. Cutolo is! He is kind, attentive, listened to what I wanted to achieve and worked with me , not only exceeding my expectations but also gave me the personal attention and reasurrance that someone like me needs (extremely anxious-being that I've never had surgery b4-and breast augmentation being a major decision for me), he patiently explained every avenue of the procedure and addressed every single one of my concerns . Now I look & feel INCREDIBLE!
