Dr. B saved my life
I had severe high blood pressure for many years and my old doctor never listened to me - only prescribed medications that I could not afford. Once I switched to Dr. Bersalona, he helped me make a plan to lose weight and control my blood pressure. I have lost 40 pounds and feel better than ever.

Kind, Compassionate, Doesn't Rush
Dr. Bersalona is one of the last bastions of compassionate medicine in America. His office has all the benefits of being a true “private practice” - not owned by a big hospital group that rushes appointments. I love that he is so efficient and that he LISTENS to his patients!

Will go to Dr. B for the rest of my life
Out of the dozens of times I have seen Dr. Bersalona, I have always had a very positive experience. I never have to wait more than a week or two for an appointment. He is very thorough and respectful of my time. He has an excellent bedside manner. I wish there were more doctors like him!

Great Doctor, Terrible customer service.
Telehealth
Ever been yelled at by a doctor and it’s staff. I hadn’t until today. Tracy is bad for business and they run the practice with 1980’s technology. They don’t have a credit card machine, no way to email or text patients with pertinent health Infomation.

Dr Barcelona is wonderful, smart, empathetic and caring man. I’ve been going to him for many years and unfortunately I have stopped going to him due to his obnoxious, rude assistant Tracy. It’s a shame how employees get too comfortable and forget about respect and manors. Get some class and get rid of her.

In my opinion Dr. Bersalona is the "Gold Standard" in his specialty. Besides being very professional and knowledgeable, he listens to your concerns/questions and provides a thorough response and diagnosis with respect. He is a very compassionate doctor and does not rush through the appointment. Dr. Bersalona's office allows sufficient time for him to spend with each patient and his office management style is very successful resulting in practically an nonexistent staff turnover. Whenever I call for an appointment, just by saying my first name, the Front Desk Receptionist remembers me and it is seamless. Alanna B.

Dr. Bersalona is incredibly professional and always takes the time to explain each of his medical opinions in a clear and articulate manner. Easily one of the brightest and kindest doctors I have ever met. I trust him with my life and I will never go to another doctor as long as I live! I only wish I found him sooner.

Dr Bersalona has been my dr for many years. If being a great dr means telling him what I need over the phone and he just calls in the medication then so be it. I should have switched drs long ago! Every time I go there with a problem he pulls out his medical book!!! How can anyone trust that?!!

1 star is too many.The office staff is horrible. You do not get calls back especially in an emergency.This doctor left on vacation with no on call doctor nor any contact info for his staff!The receptionist was rude and unprofessional! I needed a refill for a medication that can’t be skipped and I was told he’s away and nothing can be done until he’s back.I said I could have seizures and the pharmacy already gave me an emergency dose. She said “WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU THEN!” BAD DR!

Dr. Bersalona has been my doctor for many years. He is the best doctor I've ever been to. He is patient and kind and gives you the time you need. He is an excellent diagnostician but he treats you with the respect that you know your own body and listens to you. He also knows when to send you to a specialist. I'm glad he's younger than me because I don't want to ever go to another doctor! He is truly the best!
