Can't get to the doctor when you need him. The front desk prohibits greatly. When asked for an appointment to see doctor(mastrine) when you call Dec. 22, 2024 after seeing him for years told June 2025 or go to emergency not acceptable. I don't like the office receptionist or any of his staff. Uncaring...Nurse never answers phone goes to message. Their excuses are their busy...BUT EXCEPTS NEW PATIENTS.FRONT DESK OFFICE CAN MAKE OR BRAKE A DOCTORS OFFICE!

Initial Meeting went very well
He personally conducted my pacemaker test and introduced himself as the replacement since Dr. Everett left the practice. He was friendly, interested, and had a very pleasant demeanor. I look forward to having him as my heart specialist.

I saw Dr. Mastrine today. He was very friendly, thorough, reviewed my records, answered all my questions, and took his time developing a game plan for my a-fib. I feel like I am in excellent hands. Thanks Dr. Mastrine!

Dr. Mastering is very professional and has tons of knowledge in his field of medicine. I love him being my doctor and feel very safe. He really spends the time with you answering all your questions. I just got out of the hospital yesterday for heart issues and knew I was in safe hands. He is the best of the best. I highly recommend him to anyone. The staffing at his office are very nice and fast at getting you in the office for your appointment. Marianne Locher
