Rude and terrible staff.
I was looking for a female, MU affiliated, doctor in Jefferson City to care for my aging mother. I found Dr Campbell's profile and was hopeful. Dr Campbell has turned out to be difficult, agitated, and down right spiteful in dealing with her. The staff will not answer phone calls, and when they do they are rude and dismissive. Getting a prescription refilled is next to impossible, almost always resulting in multiple days of missed doses and several phone calls to straighten it out. Please do not send your family members here.

went to set up for her to be my primary doctor. Completed all the forms including the prescriptions I am currently on. I wrote down all the information exactly how it was on the bottles. When she refilled them, she not only got 2 out of 3 wrong once, she did it a second time. I called 3 times to have it corrected and she never did. Will not go back nor would I ever recommend her to anyone!! If I could have given her zero stars I would have.

Hard to believe this woman is still in medicine. She was my primary a few years back. When I was unable to keep an appointment because of a scheduling conflict with my job, she refused to refill a seizure medication that is vital to preventing the grand mal seizures that put me on the medicine in the first place. Even I KNOW you don't just abruptly stop taking this medication. She wouldn't even call in enough to get me by until I could get to her office. Guess what happened? Six grand mal seizures that put me in the hospital for five days. She's lucky I didn't die! Her bedside manner sucks, she's cold and obviously cares more about her mission trips than that oath she took to "Do no harm." omeone sure wasted a lot of money putting her through medical school. A different line of work, preferably not dealing with people's lives would be better suited for this gal. I wouldn't send a dog to this "doctor." Save your time, your money and possibly your life by steering clear of Ms. Campbell.

Despite the CDC recommending Drs stop testing patients for marijuana & denying them pain medication when they test positive, Dr Campbell continues to persecute those that have chosen this natural & safe path by refusing to refill medications patients have taken for 5 years, even non narcotic pain meds like Tramadol. I personally tested positive 3 months ago in January & was told today shed no longer prescribe Tramadol bc of it. I recommend finding a more dr more educated & caring in this field.
