A foolish woman who stays on as a director because she is self important and self serving. She is outdated, a poor manager, and an overall controlling, unpleasant woman! Her legacy will be a bad one.

She is a person who abuses her power!! Superficially pleasant but underneath a very spiteful, insecure woman! She does a disservice to Yale University and it would be best for her to step down or retire soon! She plays around with time, making people wait to see her even though there is a scheduled appointment! Very self important...an ugly trait.

As director, she makes uninformed decisions that are in her own self-interest rather than that if the patient. She refuses to answer any questions regarding her decisions and further refuses to include patients in the process of determining next steps, Her approach is cold and dispassionate. She treats patients as though they do not exist, making decisions that destroy their dignity, take away their autonomy, and cause harm.
