We could not get any of our costs reimbursed by our insurance company because Dr Dustan refused to provide her license information to our insurance company. We asked her repeatedly to do so, but she would not follow through. We had to eat all costs, even though we had insurance--we found another doctor who was better and more professional in handling the business side of things

Worst doctor I have ever had. Do not be honest with her if you have any issues she may find hard to treat or if you slip up, she’ll kick you out after taking your full $250 check and leaving you with no one to fill your medicine. Also very condescending and judgmental.
