The worst doctor I’ve ever experienced for my child. She doesn’t listen to what you have to say and is extremely condescending. She actually lied to my face at one point when I asked for a specific type of prescription. She told me that they didn’t make it. She corrected herself after I pulled up evidence that it did, in fact, exist. When I asked about what to do in the event of side effects, her only answer was basically - don’t call me, take her to the ER. Seriously!? Awful. Run. Do not go to this woman.

She was horrendous. Didn't remember me after seeing her every month for almost a year. Never listened to me, chatted on IM with someone during most of our sessions. Kept pushing benzodiazepines when I told her over and over that they don't work for me. Was generally uninformed, unaware and unprofessional. Also, usually was 30 minutes late for appts., once an hour wait time. Unacceptable.

We were so unimpressed with Dr. Rivera, the entire experience was horrible. Her office is not set up properly for children and we felt it was downright dangerous to have our children there.
