I received a referral to this doctor. The office called to inform me the doctor wanted all my medical records to review. I received them and hand delivered them to the doctor’s office. Almost a month later, I received a call from Kathy stating to call her back. I called the office and was told Kathy was on lunch and she would call me back. I waited over a week with no call back. I called the office again and spoke with Erica and was told Kathy was on another call. I asked if there was someone else that could help me? Answer was no and then asked if I could wait. I was told by Erica Kathy is now on her way to lunch and will have to call you back and then a swift hang up. Stunned I called back and explained that I didn't have much faith that I would get a call back and that I would like to pick up my medical records to which Erica said ok and again hung up on me. I never once through this whole process was rude or unkind to the staff. There was no need for the incompetence and disrespect
