Dr Spells treats me for substance abuse, and I would recommend her to anyone. She really cares about her patients. She can be stern if you get off track because she really wants you to do well. She is all about getting to the root is the problem instead of just putting a band aid on it. She is awesome

Drops her patients from program after running up their medical bills. Example : 1500 dollars for a drug screen every visit that other places charge insurance companies 350 dollars. She doesn't seem to have the patients best interest at heart. She wouldn't give my child a prescription for suboxone because she wasn't always taking the full amount prescribed. She actually over prescribed the medication an then dropped her from the program completely. Selfish, aroganct, total lack of compassion!!!
