To Date, The most competent provider I have had
I was very disappointed when Dr. Rickliffs left the practice closest to my home and moved to Tarboro. I remained in Washington and accepted a new provider however, after a couple years of subpar care, including waiting months for referrals to be made. I have decided to drive over an hour to use her at her new location.
