Everything about this experience was horrible

After first surgery, I felt very lucky to be treated by Dr Cherup at the awesome Radiance Surgery Center. After the second & third surgeries, I consider Dr Cherup one of my greatest blessings. She is exceptional in every way.

Dr. C never rushed me, explained procedures and aftercare completely, examined me fully at each visit, listened to my concerns, even made appts. for aftercare on a Sunday so that my incisions were checked, cleaned and redressed. Everything we discussed progressed exactly as anticipated. I could not be more pleased. Will I recommend her: YES. Will I return: YES....and Thank you, Dr. c and the entire staff. I feel much better about myself now.

Dr. Cherup was very informative and she gave me excellent advice on how to correct my breast issues. I didn't qualify for a reduction, but she didn't leave it there. She showed me results she had obtained for other patients like me and was very confident she could fix my problem. I was very pleased with her bed side manor and she was straight forward and direct. I left there very happy and will be scheduling my surgery for later this year.

Dr. Cherup takes the time to listen to your concerns. You do not feel as if she is rushing you to get to the next patient. You don’t have to wait a long time to get an appointment with her. She also sees patients promptly for their appointment so you don’t spend a long time in the waiting room.

Outstanding post surgical care after a reconstruction on one side and breast reduction for symmetry on the other side during a holiday weekend and as the doctor was getting ready to go on vacation. She even made herself available while she was on vacation to her wound care staff to make sure all was healing well. The nurses are highly trained and work seamlessly with the doctor. I've read some reviews elsewhere by people who did not like her personality (we found her delightful). If that happens to you, I suggest this. Go to the humane society and adopt a puppy. That way, you'll get all the warm and fuzzy feeling that you need and you'll make a puppy happy, while at the same time having gotten the benefit of a world class surgeon.

Great experience. Dr. Cherup was wonderful with my child, made her feel at ease.

Dr. Cherup is excellent surgeon and has a kind, dedicated staff. I couldn't be happier with my results or the care that I was provided.

I received excellent care before, during and after my surgery. Everyone was very professional and personable, I was treated with care and kindness. I highly recommend Dr Cherup and her staff.

I am beyond pleased with my results from Dr. Cherup. Her staff was kind and efficient. I plan on coming here in the future with anything, and have recommended her to everyone !! She is confident and reassuring. My only regret is that I waited so long to go to her. I can't thank her enough.

Everything went great for me . I couldn’t have asked for better results . From the beginning to the end every aspect was excellent . I would not hesitate to do other procedures at Radiance with Dr. Cherup . As a matter of fact I would like to do other things and that is where I would go .

The experience I had with Dr. Cherup was, overall, very good. I felt very much at ease with her and the facility where my procedure was done.

Very negative. After major weight loss, I needed major work. She didn't want to do it. It was a combination of not wanting to submit to insurance and said the job was too complicated. The worst was when she showed me before and after pictures. There was a full frontal picture and the woman's face wasn't cropped out. I was appalled. I guess the privacy act doesn't apply in this office. By the way, I found an excellent surgeon and insurance covered one of the procedures.

WHEN YOU HAVE THAT GUT FEELING TO RUN, RUN. Dr. Cherup was amazingly rude and unprofessional. I had my first (and only) appointment this morning at the OVH office. Terrible! Unbelievable. My appointment was 9:30. I got there at 9:00 to be early to fill out papers. The office was closed. I stood outside the door. A clerk came at about 9:15 and walked just past me to go in the side door. Didn't say anything. She came around to the main door and unlocked it. Didn't open it for me. I went in

The staff is very efficient,no wait time,all went well.
