Quack Dr.
This doctor has done nothing to address the issue I came for. I came for annual check and other physical issues but she did not address it at all. She was more interested in treating my skin pigmentation and selling skin products than treating the problem I came to see her for. She only took my blood pressure and recommended for mammogram and called it physical check. I don't trust this doctor at all and would never recommend her to everyone I know.

Dr. Popp is the best! Extremely knowledgeable. I always get compliments on my face and skin. She is a definitely a miracle worker and her new Genius treatment is amazing. I am in my early 70s; no one guesses my age.

If you want delays in care, denied imaging, and clinical office staff unable to submit imaging requests on your behalf then go ahead. Otherwise, run to a primary care who will provide guidance and care when you are sick.

I love going to Tysons office. I have been going to Dr. Popp for a few years. She is great, she listens and takes her time. I recommend all my family to see her.

Never, ever, ever, ever on time. She runs hours late and her staff does nothing to notify you of that fact. I am glad she is devoted to out of office patients, but she has so little regard for those waiting, it is truly insulting. If I showed up an hour or more late, her Staff would be outraged. Why is the worst customer service always at Doctor's Offices? Do you not realize that you are in a Service Industry?

My husband and I recently both transferred over to Dr. Popp, after having various reasons to be dissatisfied with our previous providers. His reason was that the doctor seemed incapable of identifying issues - including some rather serious issues that have caused emergency room visits. My reason was that the staff at my previous PCP were disrespectful and that every time I went I sat for over an hour in the waiting room/exam room before seeing the doctor. So far Dr. Popp is a breath of fresh air

Very judgmental. Made me pay $90 for an in-office visit to read me my blood test results in person. All of which were normal. Then referred me to 4 other doctors for expensive examinations although all other indications showed that I was completely healthy. (Didn't go to those other examinations)

She is the most attentive, compassionate and intelligent internest I've ever seen. I have some pretty extensive health issues and list of surgeries for someone under 40 so I have some anxiety about my body. She immediately went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, proud and strong for all I've been through rather than embarrassment. She also listened without interruption and thought out how to respond instead of just saying what she thought I'd want to hear. I'd recommend her to anyone!

Dr Popp is compassionate and genuine and takes the time to listen! Everytime I've seen her at either office, there's been an extensive wait but it's been worth it. I know that I'm waiting because she's giving everyone else the same time and attention instead of rushing through/deciding she already knows the answer without getting the whole picture from the patient. As an added bonus, her office manager Cybil is a delight! She always sounds so happy to be there.
