DIFFICULT TO CONTACT!! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!
I need to speak to Dr. Alonzo-Chafart (or staff) for medical information for my mother-in-law; NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE ... it's ALWAYS BUSY! Answering service wouldn't let me leave a message for them to call me. WORST customer service ever! This is border line an emergency to get MiL into assisted living. NO form of communication! Pathetic! :(

I have had nothing but the best experience with Dr. Alonzo. She is professional, kind, and considerate. I have never called the office and asked a question that I didn't receive a immediate response. I have recommended many of my family and friends to this practice. I'm very comfortable with the care I receive. I give Total Patient Care a 5 star rating.

I have been a patient of Dr Alonozo’s for several years now and I love her! She takes her time with her patients. You can tell she really cares (about her patients and her practice). I never feel rushed. She is sweet and professional.

I can't even give her one star. She has to be the worst doctor that my family has gone to. All she cares about her skin care crap and not the health of her patient. My dad was about to died and she said " nothing I can do for you go to Philly". Plus she missed my bother's heart condition. He keep passing out and she said he was fine. Yet he was really going into CHF. Don't go

This doctor does not care about her patients in the way I've experienced with other doctors. I am no longer going to this practice because of the consistent delays in recieving important test results and unreturned phone calls. The doctor sometimes takes over a week to call patients after she has test results in her hands. If you have a question regarding your health, the doctor does not return phone calls, and requires an office appointment even if you've just been seen in the office.
