Very caring compassionate and thorough. I’ve always had a positive visit with this office and will refer as many people as I can to Dr. Novak. I was also able to get an appointment the day after calling his office. Needed to see him, couldn’t believe that I was able to get in.

Waste of time
After being referred by my insurance company to Dr. Novak I came in for my first appointment today. My appointment was at 2:15 PM confirmed. I waited for 20 minutes and then ask the receptionist to see if we could get started explaining that I was on a tight schedule today. She apologized and said unfortunately there is another patient ahead of you and it could take as much as 40 more minutes. I requested a refund and left. Needless to say I will not go back to that office. I find it so interesting since they say on their policy that they’re charging a fee If a patient doesn’t show up. Should I send them a bill for my time? After all I took time off work and had loss of income because of it.

I'm an old guy and have had many doctors in my life. Dr Novak is the best. He is caring, personable, respectful and highly competent. His attention is always personal and patient. I feel very lucky to have him.

I started using Dr. Novak just after he moved to the Vista area in 2001. He was my doctor these last 16 years and has been outstanding! I have nothing but good things to say about him. He always spends the time to make sure all your questions are answered and is very careful.
