Appointment was done in a very timely manner

I found this clinic—and Dr Jacks and Andrew plus 2 other helpers to be knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. They answered all my questions easily and encouragingly. They had 2 complex patients that morning, causing me to have to wait in the exam room for nearly an hour, but they apologized for the wait and explained. If I was the one needing extra help, I would want them to be available for my needs as well, so it was not a problem.

Like I said, I flew back from Phoenix to have Dr Jack give me my eye shot. Fly back to Phoenix in morning. Dr Jack and ALL his staff are wonderful!
