Dr. Lopa Patel, MD

Dr. Patel is top notch. My wait time was reasonable and her staff was friendly yet professional. I see Dr. Lopa Patel for my sleep apnea issues and she has been helpful in every way. All my visits have been consistantly the same, as good as a doctor visit could be. Thank you Dr. Lopa.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! This doctor is terribly dishonest. When the home sleep study failed to collect adequate data, they told me they were charging me extra fees that I had not been informed of. Then they refused to release the results of my test unless I paid an extra $55. They deliberately schedule extra appointments where the doctor does not even examine you, just to collect money from the insurance company.

The office staff is AWFUL!!!! Not helpful at all abc very rude. The doctor is wonderful but her staff deserves a zero for how they treat patients.

She treats others like she’s superior and doesn’t listen to patients. She’s rude and wants to bring you to her office as many times as possible to get more $ out of your insurance.

my cpap machine broke and i needed a new one today; DR patel's office told me they would call me back; never did even though a told them that i cannot sleep without the machine and that i have until 4:30 to get a new machine which is 25 miles away; i called back for the third time and they gave me the manager who said that you need an appointment, i said fine what time but the receptionest who was very rude said that they are booked; what part of an emergency do you not understand; my throat can close up if i do not use the cpap machine at night; the manager Renee says well we will have to see when we can schedule you; THEY JUST DO NOT CARE; so imagine if you call they not go out of their way even for an emergency

Horribly rude office staff who created additional trauma & stress for my family during the time that my father was dying. Thanks to MY intervention in his care, we left this low-life in favor of a doctor with manners and who employs a staff that uses professionalism, instead of intimidation tactics.

Being limited to only 500 characters I will keep this brief. I had larnyx cancer, was operated on, radiation. Last day of radiation I collapsed, cardiac arrest, DOA and life support. Made an appointment and was told I owed her money. Evidently she was the pulmonologist who saw me in the ER. When I showed for the appointment, I was told if I didn't pay half of what I owed, she wouldn't see me. I offered to set up a payment plan like I have with other Drs. but they wouldn't accept that.

As a medical professional with over 32 years experience in patient care I found it appalling that Dr. Patel NEVER considered or listened to her patients concerns and experience with their disease process. She refuses to provide patients with severe sleep apnea, chronic bronchitis with any prescription medications, instead telling "That is your primary physicians job!". I was also told: "When you get sick go directly to the Emergency Room, do not come to my office!" Terrible bedside manor!

Dr Lopa Patel is an excellent physician and human being. She is smart and caring and takes time with her patients. Her office staff is most courteous and efficient

great experience. highly intelligent, stayed on point with my concerns, used our time together efficiently by covering all my questions, and still being personable and courteous. I have experienced many doctors who have spent more time asking me about my religion and culture, rather than showing any concern over my health- this was a refreshing experience.

Highly recommend. Left the office feeling great- polite and courteous office staff and extremely polite doctor who was attentive to my needs and concerns. It was refreshing

Poor insight not trustworthy.

I have visited & seen many physicians and specialist in my lifetime. This was my worst experience! Doctor Lupa Patel talks an rarely listens. I strongly recommend that she gets some extra training in all aspects of the medical field.

Both times I saw this doctor I experienced her rude, arrogant and condescending attitude. She acts like she hates her job and her patients. Stares at computer screen the entire consult, barely making eye contact. She does not listen and repeats questions over and over, even if you've answered them. She talks over you and does not listen. My last visit she kept me waiting 45 min and saw pharma reps before me even tho I was waiting. I walked out of the visit half way through. The worst. Staff rude

Upon placing my initial call to schedule my first appointment, I was greeted by polite and patient staff who helped me find a time that fit my schedule. I got in to see Dr. Patel relatively soon after calling, which was highly appreciated. The Dr. was very kind, she listened patiently as I explained how I was feeling, she asked me questions to help her diagnose, and more importantly she thoroughly explained her thought process as well as the options I had for treatment. Would def recommend
